Their principle is ''I will try anything once''.

Reflectors: Reflectors are the learners which learn best from activities where they are able to stand back, listen and observe. They are more likely into collecting information and to be given an opportunity to think about it before commenting and also like to review what has happened. Reflectors learn less when they are hurried into things with no prospect to plan.
Firstly they analyze the situations from all aspects. They collect data, both first-hand and from others, and desire to analyze them comprehensively and think accordingly before coming to any definite conclusions.
