Most of people don’t know much about prophets because they lost interest in learning more about prophets' stories. Prophets stories are very important for the people in their daily life because every person might benefit from those stories in his life. The purpose of prophet’s message is the statement of the proper way to Allah. Allah said: "Indeed, in their stories is a lesson for those of understanding" [Yosuf: 111] this is a proof that people should take lessons from people who were before them and learn from them and use them in their theoretical and practical life. One of the prophets who people does not know much about him is David, peace be upon him. God had given David, peace be upon him, miracles such as former prophets. King David was a righteous and effective king in battle and civil and criminal justice (1). One of the books written about David, peace be upon him, is (البداية و النهاية) “Al-Bidaya wa’l-Nihaya” by Ibn Kathir(2), it has several defects, one of them was that the book did not give a simplified explanation about David, peace be upon him. Another book that talked about David, peace be upon him, is(قصص الأنبياء ) “the Stories of the Prophets” by Ibn Kathir(3) it also has some drawbacks, his story was just a part of a long chapter and didn’t talk much about him. Also, the books of interpretations such as “the interpretation of Ibn Kathir” by Ibn Kathir(4) and “the interpretation of Qurtubi” by Imam Abu 'Abdullah Al-Qurtubi(5), had some drawbacks, such as that it does not list the full story of David. We will analyze and study these defects in order to improve them and reform them in our book. This book will be the first book that specializes in David’s
