The Tragedy of
Macbeth
Many people who are constantly doing wrong will have to face their consequences. The topics I will be going over is how Macbeth killed King Duncan, Lady Macbeth forcing her husband to kill the king, and their downfall. The Acts involved in explaining what happens will be Act two and Act five. In Shakespeare’s play, he states that Macbeth and his wife are tyrants which leads to their end. First of all, in Act two, Macbeth sneaks into Duncan’s room and kills him. Although the book doesn’t, exactly, say that he killed him, I can infer that he did because when Macbeth comes out of the king’s room, he is holding a dagger and is covered in blood. Macbeth also says “The deed is done.” In regards to Lady Macbeth’s “encouragement.”
