The Latin kings are a based in Chicago and New York and were started in the 1940 by Puerto Rican immigrants. They are very big in the distribution of drugs like cocaine, and heroin. I will explain too you with how the Latin Kings started, how the Latin kings work, the structure of the Latin Kings, what certain symbols represent for the Latin Kings.
