The television show Law and Order: SVU is about an elite team that investigate felonies. This show has been entertaining people since September 20, 1999. Considering the violence and other inappropriate visuals in this show, you would be inclined to think that children younger than sixteen are not able to watch this. Law and Order: SVU teaches younger kids that violence is wrong. There is an episode called Regarding Henry, where a young boy named Henry kept hurting his little sister like he would trip her off of the stairs. If you are anything like me, you like a good plot twist, and that is what this show provides. There is an episode where detective Munch got shot in the leg and detective Stabler got shot in the arm, and it turned the rest of the show around (Elisa). Another thing about this TV series is how many episodes there are. There are a total of 456 episodes, which is well over enough to keep you entertained (Porter). The last thing about this show that makes it good is how the main characters deliver their roles. Even outside of the TV series, the majority of the main actors/actresses continue their role in helping their community become better. Like you would see them on a “Stop Domestic Violence” commercial or a “Stop Bullying” commercial, which makes them even better as
