Ever since I was a little kid, being a Law Enforcement was a big dream. To make this dream come true will be a big eye opener considering that I’ve had this dream for years, and its coming true! There are different types of Law Enforcement officers. Such as: State Troopers, Highway Patrol, City Police, Deputy Sheriff (County Officers), FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation, CSI (Crime Scene Investigation), Texas Rangers, Border Patrol, S.W.A.T (Special Weapons and Tactics), and lastly Federal Marshals! As you can see there are a lot of branches of Law Enforcement, and each are highly trained and HAVE to have a college degree. Most people think Law Enforcement is brutal and violent to everybody except their race. That is an opinion, and by far is not a fact. From now until the end of time, racism will forever be a thing. One race will say they are being treated unfairly and will break and end up in riots, or other disruptive activities. Then at the riots the Law Enforcement shows up and one of the officers is the same color as them. Yes there are racist people, but not every Law Enforcement officer is, so don’t wouldn’t go assuming the worst in the people that you nor I have met. There’s years of college that a person has to attend, while doing physical tests, to see how much the officer can take. It varies by department on how challenging the fitness tests is. The minimum age is 21.
