“All life is energy and energy cannot be destroyed but just transferred” was stated by Leo Simons. Brian Keene said,” when you died, you were supposed to live on in the memories of others”. By quoting these people, one -can shed light on the different approaches to the belief – “life after death”. It is argued by scientists and rationalists that “life after death” has no logical rational. There is no truth in the statement. Philosophers and religious behaviours, on the other hand vehemently argue for the claim.
Leo Simmons’ statement of life as energy, embodies life as an aspect that comes full circle. On his death, man is buried in the ground. This results in decomposition which increases the fertility and biological content of the soil. This fertiliser helps the growth of plants which are eaten by animals that are eaten by humans and the cycle continues. This is the food chain, it balances and conserves energy. Leo Simmons argues “life after death”, by taking the non religious approach towards the topic.

Through his statement, people believe that after one’s death, they still continue to live on in the memories and actions of their loved ones, in the genes that are passed on through the family and in the stories that revolved around their “life before death” self. Mahatma Gandhi lives on in the freedom of India, the history text books that focus on his achievements, and in the memories of all Indians. One can never forget a person’s achievements and their impact on someone’s life. As a result, although one dies, he never ceases to exist. Through this aspect of the argument, an emotional approach is taken towards the topic of “life after
