Salvador Felipe Jacinto Dalí i Domènech also famously known as Salvador Dali who was born on May 11th 1904, in Figueres, Spain, is the father of the paranoiac critical method of painting or as he explains it as one spontaneous method of knowledge. He was a creative mastermind, a dominant technician, and a visionary who kept shocking the world with his marvelous artwork. He was also born with an improbable outlook on artistic creations and an amazing ability to create outstanding portraits. Salvador Dali was a prominent artist during the early 1900s. He was not, however, the first such Salvador in the family, an older brother of the identical name, who was struck down at a young age --with a case
There are many artists who have contributed to the art world. Some have accomplished more than others, learning science, math, and engineering along with their art profession. Some artists were dyslexic, never able to write an essay but posses the ability to draw beautifully. All of these artists are amazing at their profession, none of them any better than the others. This is why one can’t judge artists based on their skill alone, both style and popularity affect their work.

Narrative art tells us a story, and although a narrative is generally categorised as fiction, which is based on imaginative stories that did not actually happen, some nonfiction can in fact tell a story and can therefore be classed as narrative. Many visual narratives depend on the time period and the context in which they were created. Painters and sculptors aimed to produce pieces that can tell an entire story in one simple glance. Narrative art can feature both history and genre painting. Some artists still exhibit important historical events in their work.

There were many historians that I could have chosen for my NHD topic, but I decided to go with Cristopher Columbus. Many of the reason was because if it were not for him we would not have a Complete Country. Although there was a claim that he did not there are some reasons why though. All these problems, claims, and questions that you might ask will be in my NHD paper.

Personally, I do not understand all the praise that the Mona Lisa receives. I understand and appreciate its artistic beauty, but I feel as though there are other works of art that should have more acclaim than da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. I personally enjoy paintings that have multiple subjects in it, like da Vinci’s other famous painting, The Last Supper, or Michelangelo’s The Creation of Adam. Also, I believe that my slight aversion to the Mona Lisa is that I am not a fan of Renaissance era art, and I tend to lean toward impressionism, surrealism, and other forms of art that have many bright colors. While the Mona Lisa is a beautiful work of art, I just do not understand why it gets so much attention.
2). We found that the preferential location of the light source was synchronized with the beginning of the Early Renaissance era, starting from approximately at 1420 and on through the Cinquecento until the end of the 19th century. Our data shows that from the Renaissance on, Western art history had “its bias” to the left regarding the light source. Paintings for which we found clear initial, but also singular, laterality effects were created by: Simone Martini (1284–1344), Giotto (1266/1267–1337), and Duccio di Buoninsegna (1255/1260–1318/1319). This is very compatible with the notion of art historians that lighting and shadowing effects were identified as a basic and innovative topic of Western art history with the rise of Early Renaissance painters such as Masaccio (1401–1428, Andrea Mantegna (1431–1506) and Andrea del Verrocchio (1435–1488).
