Dear Mrs. Hunt, Mrs. Daudistel, Ms. O'Connor, and Whomever This May Concern,

Growing up my parents have always taught me that honesty is needed to develop relationships, build trust, and most importantly in this situation, honesty is important because a lie will never be hidden forever, there is always a way to find out and is best if you just tell the truth the first place.
I am aware that part of being responsible requires for me to accept responsibility for my actions.
However, if you get to know me well, I'm not a person that will say things on the spot especially during stressful situations.

On Friday at OaksPark, Alan, one of my fellow classmates, unintentionally made disrespectful comments towards a kid that we later found out had autism. Whether that kid had autism or not, those comments …show more content…

I believe the person or people that he was referring to was not me and Cody because we weren't near the scene in which this had happened. I don't recall telling Alan to "not tell his name or school."

However, whether I am guilty or not, I would like to apologize because in a way I was involved in this case. What I have been accused of does not represent the person I am, the things I believe in, and most especially doesn't represent my faith and the things my parents have taught me.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Hunt and Mrs. Daudistel as well as Ms. O'Connor for the strong leadership you have and will continue to give to this school. Throughout my six years here at St. Therese I have been given the opportunity to learn and grow in such a wonderful community that I will always remember. I wish the ending of my last day would've been a bit better and I hope that I'm leaving St. Therese with the right foot that I came with six years ago and not the wrong
