Life Interview of Mrs. J
INTRODUCTION
Today we are going to here a life story of Mrs. J. She is my grandmother and has been a figure in my life for twenty one years now. She is 72 years old and has the spirit of a young twenty year old. She is one of the most positive people I know and tries We held this interview at her house on April 14th, it was a pretty friday afternoon and we sat outside for about two hours as I asked her questions and had some great conversations. LIFE EVENTS- CHILDHOOD Mr. J is 72 years old. She was born May 31, 1944 in Newport Kentucky. Her whole family was born there, all four sisters and three brothers. She is the middle sibling and she was given her name by …show more content…

J had her first son, he was named after his father. In 1967 Mrs. J had her second son, who was also named after his father. Mrs. J first husband had past away soon after her first son was born. Her two boys were also born in Kentucky. Her favorite story about her two boys is every single christmas morning she always got them a matching really big christmas gift. She loved watching them open it and loved seeing the look on their face and play with the gifts that she had got them all day. Mrs. J said that one time her second son had been talking about having a piece of cake all day and once he got it, he dropped it on the floor and she thought it was one of the funniest things. Where as her first son, was the embarrassing one. They were new to a neighborhood and the boys went to a new school and the first day there her oldest son pulled the fire alarm and she had to go get him from the principal 's office. Mrs. J most memorable vacation was with her second son when he took her on vacation to Florida with her grandchildren. (word count …show more content…

J has had many life experiences, the one she treasures the most is giving her life to God. Through her mother’s eyes she could see what her life purpose was. She knew to be like her mother she needed to find God in her life and make him her first priority. If Mrs. J was writing a story about her life she would divide it by ten years of life in one chapter and so on in hopes to make it to chapter ten on day being one-hundred years old. She said it would be the best birthday party she would have ever had and the best ending to a story. Mrs. J is a very smart woman who has given her life to God, her one and only wish to do something differently in her life would to have found God in her life sooner than she had. She does not regret the time that she had before she found him, just loves her life more now that he is in it. (word count
