Life is a blessing, as they say, but to George Bailey, it is the total opposite. First of all, George is a happy married man with four beautiful children that care for him. Also, George has a great job that gets him good money. Finally, George has many unique friends that are very dependable. ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ displays You have everything you need in life through George having family and kids, a job and money, and friends that deeply care about him. To begin with, George Bailey has a beautiful wife, Mary and four loving kids, Janie, Zuzu, Pete, and Tommy that all care for George deeply. For example, when George attempted suicide and Clarence the angel took him to a town without him being born, ‘Pottersville,’ George was in a panic since he did not know where Mary and his family was. Without Mary and other of his family members, George is literally as empty as the wallet in my pocket. Mary and his kids were always there for George. When George came back from Pottersville, he came straight home to his family, realizing that they are very special to him. Family means everything. George’s Father, Peter owned the ‘Building and Loan,’ in which George was the successor after his father passed from a stroke. The ‘Building and Loan’ is a family business, so George gets the lucky honor of working with his family everyday, people he is close with, not with some weird strangers. George is blessed with a house to live in with his family, too, and not too many folks have that. Some people don’t have jobs, but at least George has one, lucky him.
