He would also have to go and exercise every day (in activities such as running or swimming) so that he can burn off any excess calories. These are changes that he must consciously and actively make in order to accomplish his goals. 2.4.3) This SMART goal will affect his decision making, because from now on the decisions he makes will help rather than harm his chances at completing his goal because he will be fully aware of what steps he would need to take to achieve his goal.
