The people who supports the Local control always remain constant and do not change their mind because they believe that local governance could give chances to understand the need of the local people and try to communicate with them for the betterment of many part of the governance. Hence, supporters of local control could directly present their needs with the local government which is good for local supporters. It is good for local supporters because they would get their needs fulfilled by local governance without any restriction on the governance which might help in the betterment of the federal and state government. There are different people living in the society with different culture, tradition, moral values, etc. which might create a diversity in their demands as they belong to different culture, tradition. Therefore, to considered the wants and desire of the diverse population local governance should be imposed by providing the local control so that their wants and desire should be fulfilled.
