In the story, “Your Question for Author Here” by Kate DiCamillo and Jon Scieszka, the main character (Joe) struggles with a person vs person conflict. He writes a perfunctory letter to Maureen O Toople and acts like he doesn’t care. As a result, he does not get his author answers.
