Math is arguably the most important subject. We always ask the question, “When are we going to use this in life.” Ms. Schaefer seems to always have an answer. We are learning life science in science. Previously we have learned about Earth science and some chemistry. In social studies we are learning about the history of the United States. In Fifth and sixth grade we learned about world history such as the ancient aztec and egyptians too the Chinese dynasties. In Literature we are reading To Kill a Mockingbird. We are learning about the parts of speech and how to break down sentences into parts of speech. Mary Queen of Peace also gives us a stewardship experience like no other. MQP gives the 8th graders service work opportunities for confirmation. The 8th graders are also given a chance go on Luke 18, a religious retreat. MQP has given me much more that I can write into this paper. Thank you Mary Queen of
