Fate is the inevitable. No matter what decision we make now or tomorrow fate will lead us to where we are meant to be. You may even know your fate and may not like it and you could be making certain decisions to throw yourself off the path fate has you on but fate is fate. Fate is an inevitable, infallible phenom. Every statement you say and decision you make is not a mistake but a step in life that was ordered from higher above. Lady Macbeth contributed to Macbeth´s downfall. She led Macbeth to follow through with actions of his own thoughts. Banquo´s role of fate in Macbeth is crucial to the themes of this play. Macbeth and Banquo are skilled fighters, warriors and comrades in arms. Their relationship changes when they hear the witches prophecy about Banquo's son becoming king. This leads to a feud between them that ends in death. Macbeth then doesn't believe in the witches prophecy but he doesn't let ¨chance¨ take its time instead he takes matters into his own hands and murders Duncan. This then leads to many a soliloquy of Macbeth regretting his decision but not going back on it. This is what eventually leads to Macduff killing Macbeth.
