The song is mainly about Macbeth and how he struggles with his guilt. In the beginning of the play, Macbeth meets three witches and Macbeth murders Duncan, who is the king of Scotland, at Macbeth’s home.
There are many factors that determine how people behave in their daily lives. We are run by a number of rules and regulations that influence the way we behave, talk and live. In Lord of the Flies, William Golding shows that without the influence of a civilized society and law and order, people’s characteristics can change drastically. Similarly in Macbeth, Shakespeare represents the loss of morality of a leader as his hunger for power clouds his judgement. Human nature refers to specific characteristics which are ways of emotions, thoughts, and actions. Culture is big influence for human nature. In Act five of the play “Macbeth” his human nature is influenced from Lady Macbeth, and his desperation of becoming king. His human nature is shown when he finally faces his consequences. For example, when Macduff was looking for Macbeth, Macbeth could not face him because he would have to accept the consequences for murdering his whole castle.
From honored soldier to murderous tyrant, Macbeth killed his way into power. He was informed of his “destiny” and stopped at nothing to achieve it. He had multiple chances to rethink his actions. He didn 't however, he kept on his march to power leaving only himself to blame. Macbeth is the only one to blame for his actions and ultimately, his death.

Some of the themes in Macbeth that are relevant today is the coruption of power, ambition, and fate. Corruption of power is relevant to the 21st century because like Lady Macbeth, when someone gets a feel of being powerful it gets to their head and they crave more and always want to be more powerful. Ambition connects with the 21st century because every one has to be determined for what they want in life and have to be willing to do whatever it has to do to achieve what they want, like when Macbeth and Lady Macbeth did what they needed to do to be great and powerful like they desired. Lastly, fate is relevant to the 21st century, because everyone has their own fate and whether they accept it like Banquo or they try and fight it like Macbeth, fate always wins in its
