Macbeth was a play by William Shakespeare and hosted many characters. In this play there were 5 acts and many scenes for each and every character played a big part in this. Macbeth's end goal was to become the king and lead everyone, yet had a rocky path. He went on a big killing spree and changed his attitude and demeanor many times. In Macbeth there was a lot of emotion shown yet the main emotions shown by Macbeth were guilt, insecurity, and concern. First, Macbeth showed a lot of guilt during the beginning of the play. This is why Macbeth took out Banquo and felt very bad about it. After all these mishaps, Macbeth started to get very concerned. The first reason that Macbeth was concerned was because he was killing so many people. The two brothers, Malcolm and Donalban, were making plans to take his crown from him. The second reason that Macbeth was concerned was because the woods were moving towards the castle. “Let every soldier hew him down a bough, And bear't before him. (Act 5 scene 3, lines 4-7a)” The witches had told him that he would be safe and not harmed if the woods didn't move towards his castle but then they started to move. This is why Macbeth was so concerned at the end of the play. With Macbeth having so much emotion in this play it really sturdened things up.
