1. Most people found the Magnotta decision to be justified. Why do you think this was the case? Especially given the similarities between the cases….
Although both the cases of Vince Li and Luka Magnotta share certain similarities the justification for their charges are very different, and I believe that both charges were correct and just. Vince Li suffered from schizophrenia and thought that he was listening to God. It was later reviled that Vince Li was off his medications and had no control of his actions. In other words, there was no mens era present in his actions.
Magnotta’s case was the exact opposite. Although he suffered from a mental illness there was mens era present in his action. At first, he tried to trick the criminal justice
