Marilyn was a famous actor in Hollywood. She was known for her comedic roles and being a blonde bombshell. She was also known for being the biggest sex symbol of her time. However, her death is known worldwide, for being one of the biggest tragedies and for the conspiracies around it. The basic facts of Marilyn Monroe's death are commonly known by most people. She died in Brentwood, California on August 5, 1962, at the age of 36 (McAfee.) She was a beautiful young woman whose life tragically ended. Many think she died from an overdose of prescription medicine which ended her life (Gurley). This theory was investigated and people think it is true because of evidence found in her room. It is said they had found 2-15 bottles of various medicines on her bedside table (Steiger and Steiger). These bottles are thought to contain anything from prescription medicine to self-administered sedative drugs. Therefore, her death was regulated as a probable suicide (McAfee). This ruling is still denied by millions of her fans and they still think there is something that happened then we know about. In addition, many of the questionable facts about her death have been published by a great deal of sources. People say her tremendous temper tantrums, unpredictability, and public depression are all reasons behind her death (Steiger and Steiger).
