Bachelor of Engineering (Marine Engineering) course involve instruction in the design and maintenance of propulsion systems and design of steering of tankers, submarines, sailboats, and other marine vessels. Major topics in this course are Navigation, Conservation laws, Naval architecture, Ocean structures, Effects of waves, Project planning, Technical information sources, Ship geometry, Movement variables, and Towing and mooring.
In this course, candidates learn to about linear and non-linear waves, flow theories, and amplitude oscillations in relation to sources and shapes.
