I think the first main event in the movie Matilda was when Matilda knows that she is different to her family and when her father tells her, when a person is bad that person has to punished. Then matilda soon finds out that she has a very strong mind and that she can use that to blow a tv up. At first matilda did not know what had gone on but them she found out when someone was doing something bad that's when she could work her powers, like when her dad was screaming at her she used her powers to slam the door. She started school when she was around 7 years old and she made a lot of friends, She also met the principal Miss Trunchbull who was uptight and mean principal and Miss Honey who was her teacher, Matilda loved Miss Honey she was calm quiet and was always so passionate for learning. Miss honey knew from the start that Milda has a strong ming but not that she had powers. In the end all the students get payback on what she had done to them and Matilda was adopted by Miss Honey. Mrs and Mr Woorwood knew that the cops were onto them so they flew to another country. …show more content…

Matilda Started out being a very bright kid when she was two, she could get herself ready in the morning. Then when Matilda was still young she started reading and sooner or later she found herself walking to the library. Matilda’s mind was always growing and get stronger but it was when she started to discover that she has powers. Matilda had to practice a lot to master her powers and she had to learn how to use them and when it would be the best time to use them.
