The McDonald's Corporation is the world's largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, serving estimated 68 million customers daily in 119 countries across 35,000 outlets. The corporation began in the year of 1940 as a barbecue restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald. The McDonald’s headquartered is located in California, United States of America. Procurement Process
The procurement process start from McDonald’s retail store. When they check their stock. They found that the store is not sufficient for the following days. So they have to request from the warehouse to replenish the stock.

Then the warehouse people will check their inventory whether is sufficient to supply to the retail store. If there is enough stock they will arrange the delivery man from the warehouse to deliver it to the retail. If not they will start to create requisition list and send it over to the purchasing department so that they can purchase the stock from their supplier.

After the purchasing department receive the requisition list they will seek the approval from their supervisor. Once they get the approval they will start to create the purchase order and send it to their supplier which they have sign agreement with them.

The supplier will receive the purchase order and process the purchase order into their database. After processing, they will check whether there is sufficient supply. If they do not have they will ask the factory to produce and send it to their …show more content…

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is commonly called Human Resource (HR) systems and work with information technology. With the help of HRIS, the HR department can credit the worker’s pay on time, can check the worker punctuality so that it can help the HR to assess the performance of the worker efficiently, can help the worker to claim the benefits they deserved like taxi fare when over time, recruit sufficient worker to fill up the job vacancies in the different department. With sufficient worker, the existing worker is happy and this increase their productivity because they do not need to cover up 2 to 3 people job scope
