These effects include the lessening of bone mass which causes osteoporosis, heart failure due to muscle weakness, excess hair in order to keep the body warm since the fat level is dropping drastically, imbalances in salt concentrations which lead to nervous system problems which controls the body itself and many other harmful effects that can deteriorate the inside of the body itself. Without proper diet and exercise, the girls will lack essential vitamins and energy that should be present in their body at their age. Eating disorders also affect other aspects of the body.
