I encourage anyone who ever faced a moment in life where they felt their faith wavering, or they weren’t sure if the struggle was worth the reward to listen to this song. Personally, I think this song really can make you understand that life is more than just bad moments. There will always be those negative and saddening moments, but those moments will always insight something bigger. On March 24th, 2018 in Washington D.C., Miley Cyrus performed “The Climb” at the March for our Lives rally. This is just one more example that this song can touch people going through terrible moments in their lives and push them to come out on top and do what they can to make change. Listening to this song in 2009 was probably one of the smartest things I have done. And I will continue to recommend this song to anyone I think might benefit from it.
