Knowledge Management was an important factor for the organization. Mind Tree's uses it own culture and values to differentiate themselves from their competitors. People were sharing values and they were working in form of teams and doing their work with integrity. Rich communication and transparency were making the culture as strong as possible. For values they were using CLASS (caring, learning, achieving, sharing, social responsibility). Through recruitment, recognition and rewards systems managers were integrating class in to the company. The goal for the company was to be high caring and high achieving organization. They were making sure that 95% of their people should have 95% of information and they should have 95% time.
