August 28, 1963 at the Lincoln memorial, Washington D.C., Martin Luther King Jr. gave his “I have a dream” speech. This particular speech was known to be the best speech that was ever given. The speech was one of the most successful speeches that even gets recognition today. Although, most may not agree with King's "I have a dream" speech, it still impacted the entire world. During this speech, King was making a point that all people should be created as equal and have the same freedom. He was passionately and strongly arguing that everyone deserves to be treated equally. King prepared by researching everything from the Bible, the Gettysburg address, and the U.S Declaration of Independence. King expressed how important it is to treat one another
