Chapter 2: Most important Life Goal
Step 4: Add a Main Goal Heading of ‘ALPHA’:
This ‘Step’ involves adding a Main Goal Heading of ‘ALPHA’ to the list of MGH’s.
The reasoning for the ‘Step’ is that by adding the MGH name of ‘ALPHA’ allows the Heading to be at the Start of the alphabetical list of MGH’s and is a good location to insert your most important Life Goal. You may wish to have a different name for the MGH than ‘ALPHA’ however the idea is that irrespective of the name the chosen MGH name is the first in the list of MGH’s. Our example is illustrated below:

Step 5: List most important Life Goal:
This ‘Step’ involves the listing of your most important Life Goal.
At this point in the journey a new Term is introduced that of: ‘Sub Goal’. The concept of a Sub Goal is that

A couple of ideas to ponder. Your most important Life Goal could be a singular Goal in itself, or it could be a Goal that assists in achieving a number of Sub Goals listed under other MGH’s.

Another point to consider is that you may be tempted to place your most important Life Goal within what you consider is the more applicable MGH of say: ‘BUSINESS’, ‘CAREER’, ‘INVESTMENTS’, ‘PHYSICAL’, ‘SOCIAL’, or ‘TERTIARY QUALIFICATIONS’ however the concept is to place your most important Life Goal as a Sub Goal within your first MGH for emphasis, and constant reminder to keep you on track to achieve your most important Life Goal.

It could be that you have a number of Goals which you believe are equally important, and could all be your most important Life Goal. As such you can list all of the Goals as Sub Goals within the suggested MGH of ‘ALPHA’. In doing so would be ahead of time for ‘Step
