Congratulations to you! We have recommended your provisional acceptance into the Adult & Postsecondary Education Program of the University of Wyoming’s Department of Professional Studies with the following conditions.
Having reviewed your application, especially your personal statement explaining your situations you have encountered and reasons why you have taken more credits than the program allows for transferring before being admitted to the program, we have a fairly clear understanding of your situation and your unique request. Given your special situation and based on our program policy (see MA Handbook), we would like to see these two conditions fulfilled so that you are able to be fully admitted and on track to graduate from our MA program. First, we want you to demonstrate your capability by retaking the two courses in which you previously earned a grade of C or below. You must earn grades of B or above when retaking the courses in Spring and Fall of 2016. Second, once you complete the first condition, you are eligible to take the ADED Capstone course in Spring 2017 and earn an acceptable grade (see Handbook for program requirement) to complete the program for gradation.
