My Genogram Essay

In creating my genogram, I became quite surprised by some of the family patterns and similarities uncovered during this process. I did not realize the full depth of possibilities and discoveries my research would uncover; forcing me to unveil hidden family secrets and delicate issues which in some cases brought forth some uncomfortable realities. Some of the things I can’t even begin to mention, for these matters should remain private as requested by certain family members; however, as uncomfortable as it may seem, I will share some information which I think is truly relevant and meaningful for my own personal development.
