All students have the possibility to learn and with the proper experience, they will focus. There are many different ways used to build respect and a positive rapport with students. One that has always work is helping the students feel comfortable with the environment. I know that creativity and the art is very important material for children to learn at a early age. Also in the creativity and art area they are able to figure out different problem and then are able to solve them. In the art area it can help boost their child self confidence and self esteem while in the classroom. One way I will suggestion to the families and caregivers is to make sure that their activities are age appropriate. The second suggestion I will make sure that they have enough room to explore and developing their gross motor skils.

Author Nicole Cobb mentioned what research on school climates has shown, the roles that principals, teachers, and guidance counselors should have in regard to school climate, and how crucial it is to include student voices when planning school climate improvements. When it comes to school violence and shootings, to educators and school personnel, it used to be an "if this happens," but in today's society, it is a question of "when will it happen.
In this article, Ferriter (2009) reveals many benefits from the use of technology in the classroom with our 21st-century learners. The resources and suggestions mentioned throughout this reading will assist teachers in ways to avoid problems and becoming engaging instructors by using technology in innovative ways. What I found was so innovative by this approach was by creating a network of innovative co-learners where collaboration takes place regularly, Ferriter (2009), is able to experiment with digital connections without ever meeting other teachers in person. Not only is this beneficial for students and teachers all over the world, but also simple.
