Throughout this course, I have learned about the importance of instructional design models and learning theories. A model and theory can provide a guideline that can organize pedagogical ideas that can achieve instructional goals correctly. The main thing that I have focused on most is how models can describe how to conduct several steps that help educators to reach the guiding and planning process. These type of learning methods are developed for students who are self-centered learners. However, performance is important during the learning process due to defining goals.
