A Utopia, a perfect society is something everybody dreams about but it is not easy to achieve. There have been many groups that have tried to achieve it. Many of these groups put in everything they can to try and create a utopia for their people and it still doesn’t work out. Trying to create a utopia would be extremely difficult for even the smartest people.

Did you know Utopias pose as nice and peaceful places but under the surface there is upsetting and controlling problems that Affect their lives? In the book Fahrenheit 451 (Ray Bradbury) MS Phelps has been acting happy but after Montag read a poem her real feelings started to flow and she starting to cry. Ms. Phelps was posing as a carefree, happy person but she was actually hurting and in pain. The state is not a utopia because the citizens are covering up their pain by posing as untroubled people.
The idea of a utopia, a state or place where everything is perfect, is one that has been fantasized and described by many authors in several different ways. Just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, a perfect society can appear very different to different people. Two books that both attempt to illustrate the idea of a perfect society but with stark contrasts are Anthem by Ayn Rand and The Giver by Lois Lowry. Both encourage the idea of prioritizing one’s community, and duty to said community, over oneself in order to maintain a perfect and peaceful society. However, utopian societies are usually shown to not be as perfect as they seem when analyzed in literature.

Your utopia could be exactly the same as mine or completely different. Maybe you don’t even like to look at the food or smell the sweet potatoes. A utopia shows how every one of us is unique. It describes us. It is a place to daydream about when you need a break from something.
When reading a novel about the ideal society you begin think, this often leads to odd thoughts that you would have to share with your family unit if you had lived in this apparently perfect community. Just think about it, no homicide, no robbery, nothing that could possible put you or your assigned (yes, assigned) family in harm 's way, it really makes you ponder upon what you would be losing. But what about what you gain. We would call this place Utopia, a seemingly perfect, yet imagery (emphasis on imaginary) community. I prefer to think of it as a game, the only twist is you are the game creator your task is to keep everybody comfortable and relaxed, but still able to provide for themselves and others.
Utopias are places where everything is perfect. A society where throughout there lacks no conflict, war, or fighting though, instead there is equality. Furthermore, utopias are places where people can live in harmony. The creation of utopias, or perfect societies are attempted, though all the ones in the past have failed. To this day utopias exist, but they all will diminish to a previously chased dream.

In Homer’s Iliad and Thucydides’ History of the Peloponnesian War, those in power did not have the luxury of expressing any form of pity, as long as they wanted to maintain their statuses in the eyes of others. The focus is always on one’s self-interest, whether it be through the maintenance of pride and honor, as seen in Homer’s Achilles, or for the security of a state’s position of power over others, as demonstrated by Thucydides’ Athenians. Unfortunately, as seen in both texts, a loss of pity in order to protect one’s self-interest always yields the same fatal result: the demise of the party lacking pity and those around them. Within Homer’s Iliad, Achilles lives, eats, and breathes war.
The motto of the Utopia in Brave New World is ¨ Community, Identity, Stability.¨ They hold these three ideals together but producing all citizens into the version they want and literally pumping into their heads that they like the way they live and wouldn't want to live any other way. They do this by a way of ¨sleep teaching¨ which is when they say phrases into babies´ heads while they are sleeping, over and over until they fully believe what they are hearing. This is so they are always content with their everyday lives, resulting in the ¨Stability¨ part of the motto. Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon are the five classes of people in the ¨Community.¨ Of the five, only Alphas and Gammas can even think for themselves so the ideal of ¨Identity¨
The astonishing writing Utopia seems to show evidence of being a political satire. It shines most the while reading Book Two while it has a long narration on Hythloday's part. It does not have very much of a dialogue and there are very few to none intrusions from More or even Giles. Hythloday describes the Utopian’s history, religious beliefs, geography, social customs, economic structures, legal and political systems and philosophy. Utopia is a bit different from the negatively illustrated “New World” villages with prehistoric levels of social organization and their knowledgeable development.
Throughout Utopia, Thomas More’s opinion regarding the relationship between humankind and animals was prevalent through Hythloday’s perspective. Particularly, this correlation was seen in instances surrounding war, and crimes. Although humans were seen as the superior, more intelligent animal, More believed that humans often reverted back to and were considered animals when they gave into their vices (More). For example, in Utopia, Hythloday brought up his view in regards to punishment for crimes.
Each house will probably look different from each other because we made a policy that you can have a free house when you join and it can be how ever you want it. There are good doctors here and hospitals that are reliable. Based on what job you want you should choose what society you would want to live in. If you want to be a singer go to Swan District, if you want to be a scientist go to Serpent Section, if you want to be an athlete go to Pete’s Dragon, and if you want to be a teacher of any sort go to The Divergent. We are not like you're ordinary district we don't have money we have something called Digi Points.
Imaging living in your own personal dreamworld that is only unique to you. A place where your imperfections can be somebodys perfections in the eyes of the right beholder a world that is created purely from perfection. This world is called Utopia which is idolized by many dreamers because each individual has the ability to create their own perfect fantasy world that is only unique to themselves. Bending and twisting the world to your liking has its perks like having the world's best economy or healthcare system utopia is the most desired place everyone fantasize to live in. Whether its having the opportunity to leave your old boring life for a better one or it appear in a common dream that you think of when you are sleeping at night.
