NYPD seven/five was one of the most dangerous police precinct in the United States. It was located in East New York, Brooklyn. Brooklyn led the most homicides, police shootings, and drug trafficking in the world. The argument is about Michael Dowd and the other thirteen cops that were in on it. Michael and Kenny were cops for the NYPD and was listed in the seven five, they were in charge of a big drug bust. That is when they became the most corrupt cops in the world. The things they did and what they did to the other eleven cops was worth life in prison. The “ghettos” are the richest places in the world. They had a case were over ten cops were arrested for the same thing Michael had been doing. The heat was on Michael Dowd. It didn't seem to stop him, he went on with stealing drugs and money for months on to years. Through that time period he had gotten in deep with drug lords. He was owned by Diaz now. With that power Diaz owned Brooklyn, he had everyone believing that he owned the cops and he did. Michael was his radar. If he needed someone found Mike had it. He was the most corrupt human being the world at this point. He killed people without even knowing he was doing it, all over money. Michael had started selling his own drugs at Orlando, FL. Michael was written about in the New York Times. His police chief read the article and didn’t know what to think. He set out a couple undercover cops to follow him. He was caught and imprisoned. Kenny and him was than set free on bail. That was the dumbest thing ever. They should still be in prison. Michael made a plan two days later. His plan was to kidnap a girl, take all the drugs and money, and give her to the columbians for execution. Kenny went to the police station to tell them about it. Kenny was back in the police force. They strapped him up with a mic and recorder. He was than sent undercover to catch Michael in the act. Soon after he calls kenny and tells him the plan. The next day he goes to do kidnap her and on his way back he stops by Kenny’s house, he soon realizes that he has been caught again. He served twelve years in prison. Which isn't enough. They set a investigation for corruption in NYPD and arrested twelve more cops. Except for Kenny, who should have
