When I was in my early teens I really enjoyed watching the TV show Modern Family. I would watch it at eight pm every Tuesday and Thursday. There was a character named Phil Dunphy and he was a Realtor, He made being a Realtor look so fun and interesting. Since watching Modern family I have always considered being a Realtor as a career path. Now I am trying to decide what I am doing with my life and Phil Dunphy from Modern Family is swaying my decision. I am looking forward to a future career path as a Realtor.
My whole life I have always been Impulsive and outdoorsy which makes sense according to my true colors of “Orange” and “Gold.” I am very hands on and have always been interested

In the real estate industry, this skill is particularly valuable when it comes to scouting out new properties and neighborhoods. Being able to identify unique and desirable features of a property can make all the difference in attracting potential buyers or renters. As someone who desires financial success, I have a natural motivation to work hard and strive for excellence. Business skills can include marketing, finance, and sales knowledge, which are critical for creating successful marketing campaigns, managing finances, and closing deals. Obtaining “Business skills,” can be done with your own learning by getting a degree at a university. Without these skills, it's challenging to compete in the real estate industry and achieve long-term success. Realtors also need strong “interpersonal skills,”A realtor's job is all about building relationships and connecting with people. Strong interpersonal skills, such as active listening, effective communication, and empathy, are essential in developing trust with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. According to my “True Colors” these traits are some of my strengths. A realtor who can connect with their clients on a personal level is more likely to gain repeat business and referrals. Lastly, Realtors need very strong “Problem solving skills,” Real estate transactions can be complex and unpredictable, and problems are bound to arise. A realtor needs to have strong problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected issues and find creative solutions to keep the deal on track. This requires critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, also one of my “True Colors”
