The Wild Hunt

“Tell me more,” said the little girl with skin as pale as snow to her Grandpa, he with his glasses above his benevolent grey eyes, cleared his throat and continued with his story. “ I have already told you about the wild hunt haven’t I?”

Since they were kids they grew up together, as time passed they turned apart being both of two different societies. Years passed and the princess grew up in beauty, kindness and intelligence. Considering he was born to serve others and be humble,the beauty of the young girl caught his attention. Consequently they found a place where they could meet secretly, but with time they were caught and all his family was thrown away. He incorporated to his new life of navigating the skies searching for souls that were like his, lost. Another night the hunt paced over the castle where he used to live and there was the princess standing over the balcony as beautiful as always, on the edge of madness he investigated for a way to run away, lastly a lad of the leader told him the way: he was obliged to swear to the hunt that he will never reveal their existence and another human will take his place.
