“The Holocaust” is often referred to the death of jews, and other victims of Naxi Germany are often included. Approximately, 11 million people were killed in the unheroic event; the holocaust. About two-thirds of Europe’s Jewish population were killed, and about one quarter were under the age of fifteen. In total, 6 million of these deaths were Jewish. Up to 270,000 were Romans/Sintis (Gypsies). During the Holocaust nobody saw an issue and addressed it, except for Nicholas Winton. Nicholas Winton is a hero because he sacrificed his life to save many Jewish people, especially Jewish children.
