The annual production rate at Line 4, Line 1100, Line 1200, and Line 1300 shall not exceed levels specified in the confidential portion of the renewal application dated February 19, 2013. Further the product acetic acid residual content shall be less than the level specified in the confidential section as measured in parts per million by weight (ppmw). Records of production shall be kept for five years. A copy of the confidential file with the appropriate production level and acetic acid residual content shall be kept on site and made available to representatives of the TCEQ on request. Sampling acetic acid in wet and dry chips shall be conducted once each month and when the volatile organic compounds (VOC) grades of EVOH are changed for Lines 1100, 1200, 1300, and Line 1400. The sample period shall be for two consecutive days to reflect two daily average acetic acid emissions. Records will be made available to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Executive Director upon request. 6. The permit holder shall maintain records of ethylene vinyl alcohol annual production rate for each line and update them on a monthly basis. These records are to be available to TCEQ officials on request. 7. Storage tank throughput for tanks V5121‐1 and V5122 shall be limited based on the confidential information submitted on 2-10-14.
