In June 2014 my husband, my son and I left Cuba bound for Paraguay looking to improve our lives and our families, after spending a year there we decided to come to America because it is the country that can give you a best future for our son. We are very happy to be in this great country where one has the opportunity to achieve the goals proposed.We studied medicine in our country and we exercised until we left, as specialists in orthopedics and traumatology my husband and I as Ophthalmology. Now here we decided to study nursing to keep branch of medicine and at the same time we have to work to support our family and to pay for school. It is probably one of the most difficult sacrifices to do in life. The first step is to make a schedule to organize tasks and to dedicate a space to each. It is important to choose a quiet place to study, away from the distractions of home life such as television, telephone calls, or other entertainment, as well as maintain the implements of study in an easily accessible when needed after a long and tiring day of work. The commitment acquired to work and study at the same time limits the time to share with family and friends, so it is good to ask for your cooperation and understanding. Family and closest friends will always support us because they understand the importance for us to have a degree in this country, because we already have in our country but it is necessary to validate
