I agree with you that the health care market is very unstable, there are still many issues, and now that you have more insurance dropping out because they have so many markets opens but the premiums are still too expensive for individuals to purchase. NO, when the TrumpCare (Better Care Reconciliation Act) comes into action, it will allow individuals to drop their insurance if they do not want it and will not get fined for it. According to Kimberly Amadeo from the Balance, she states the Affordable Care Act benefited more to the middle class more than the poor and that it does not give illegal immigrants access to it (Amadeo, 2017). By doing this it stopped then by using the costly emergency room that the government would have to eventually have to pay.
