Defiant teenagers never seem to heed their parents warning. He was told to stay off Old Burnt Mill Road, therefore, he never truly took it seriously. Alex always asked why he should not go there, but his parents always responded in a firm “leave it be and would walk away”. Of course, like most teenagers all he could think about was surely what do they know that he don’t, the typical thinking as all teenagers he was young, smart and the world was his for the taking. He had the world in his palm there was not a single soul in the world that could tell him otherwise if he went they would never know.
He keeps looking up information and talked to his friend about this Old Burnt mill Road that he was told not to venture down. So they looked into this mystery story and found out that in the late 1800’s a father got possessed by demons so the story goes. Those he was a farmer and a good father the demons forced their hands and forced the farmer to kill his whole family and that seems to be the short version.

Higher and higher the eyes became till bright orbs form or created some shape of a body. Those eyes settled just in the right place of the head. The hair on the young men’s necks and arms stood like a band of soldiers in formation. The ominous figure started leaving the broken down cabin rocking its way into the yard. Every part of their body was telling them to leave, but they just could not! All of the sudden the figures was gone. As they regained control of their bodies they tried to start the muscle car, it would not turn over. Out of nowhere in the yard about forty feet away the crimson eyes appeared their hearts were beating like they just finish running a marathon. When all hope was over the mustang turned over and the powerful engine shook the frame. Those tires must have thrown gravel teen feet high as they raced down that gravel
