Vice President of Operations Greg Barner commented, “It’s a fantastic achievement for the Tracy plant, accomplished by dedicated leadership that fosters a team atmosphere where all levels of employees participate by eliminating hazards and continuously improving workplace safety. New projects and improvements are always in motion at the Tracy plant.”
Oldcastle Precast – Stone Mountain, Ga. reached an impressive safety milestone, 365 days without a single recordable injury. Accomplished through great teamwork and care for all members, the Stone Mountain facility continues to take a proactive approach to safety by challenging the status quo through finding new ways to improve their daily tasks. This milestone is very special to each team member as they strive to ensure that each person goes home better than they arrived.
Oldcastle Precast – Easton, Pa. achieved the milestone of one full year without an OSHA recordable injury. It goes without saying this is a great accomplishment in our industry and a testament to Oldcastle Precast’s dedication to safety. Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager Mike Grapsy stated, “Continued improvement and new innovative ways to better the safety environment in the pursuit of safety goals is leading the strategic plan daily. We are very proud of the Easton plant for achieving this
