I have a passion and long term goal of becoming a successful business owner. My hopes are to open my own non-profit organization one day, and that dream starts with my first short term goal of opening up my own food truck restaurant. My food truck will provide healthy fast food at inexpensive, affordable prices. I would like to be successful enough to be mobile in inner city neighborhoods to help alleviate the burden of people living in urban food desserts. My food truck will be a healthier alternative option that will break the notion that, “eating healthy has to be expensive”. My brother is a trained (and impeccable might I add) Chef that I look forward to going into business with to start our first family business.
