Organismic Integration Theory in Home Team Home Team is a biographical sports comedy movie about Sean Payton, who is the coach of the New Orleans Saints football team (Kinnane, C., & Kinnane, D., 2022). He led his team to win the Super Bowl in 2009. Despite his success, Sean gets a full year suspension from all of his coaching duties in the National Football League (NFL) during the 2012 season. He is accused of being involved in the New Orleans Saints scandal. He returns to his hometown Argyle, Texas (Kinnane, C., & Kinnane, D., 2022).
