There are many people in the world that want to do something great with themselves. Whether it be in a hobby or a career choice. Some dream of being a pop star while others have a more realistic way to aproach to success. While there are many things to choose from one might decide to become an orthodontist. Though becoming an orthodontist sounds like fun, it’s a very rigorous and demanding occupations to take on and achieve success. Orthodontists are considered the plastic surgeons of the dental field” states Dr. Shimizu. An orthodontist is notably respected in our community today for their aspiration to become better and more successful is admiring to the new and smarter generations. With that being said with better and more advanced technology coming out, the ability to succeed gets gradually harder for the already successful Orthodontist. This is because patience of the new generation look for the more modern and tech savvy practices, this creates yet another challenge orthodontist’s need to overcome because their practice can never be the same for too long. As new ideas, new techniques, new technology, and new types of braces are always being made. This then means that orthodontist have to constantly change they way they work in order to be successful. Yes, orthodontists face many obstacles but this is what make the career so fun as one will never get bored with thier job.
