The protagonist of this story is Iago. Although Roderigo is against Othello , he plays a very small role in the evil against him. Iago on the other hand , pretends to be an honest friend to everyone. He acts very kind to Othello to earn his trust. He pretends to help Roderigo get Desdemona , but what he's really doing is getting revenge. He believes that Othello slept with his wife, Emilia. He uses trickery to stir up trouble between people.(79 words)
The antagonist of Othello is Othello. He is a black man who is the Moor of Cyprus. He is thought to be a very honorable man but is considered very ugly because he is dark and has scars. He is married to Desdemona , who is known to be very innocent and beautiful. Othello is good friends with Iago. He believes Iago is very trustworthy, but what he believes isn't true.(70 words)

He tricks Roderigo and Othello into becoming murderers. They believed everything he had said. He made Othello believe that Desdemona was cheating on him with Cassio. As a result , Othello killed Desdemona. He told Roderigo he'd help him get Desdemona . He said Cassio had sex with her and that he must kill him. He attempted to stab Cassio but was killed instead in Cassio’s defense. Iago’s wife had revealed his true intentions. Othello kills himself after finding out, he killed his innocent wife. In the end Othello, Desdemona, Roderigo, and Emilia had died.(112
