1. Pride & prejudice Jane Austen Original print: 1813 2. Pride and prejudice are the main themes of the book. Elizabeth prejudices the pride character of mr. Darsey. So the two main characters have each one theme. 3. Elizabeth Bennet (Lizzy) She is a young woman who is not afraid to say what she thinks and prejudices all the rich men. She has a synical sense of humor and is good looking. Lizzy is the second child of five sisters. With the oldest sister, Jane Bennet, who she’s very close to. She hates Mr. Darsy, but later on she sees that he’s not that evil and she begins to fall in love with him. 4. Mr. Darcy He is a young man who is handsome and rich. After Elizabeth heard that Mr. Darcy said to Mr. Bingley that Jane wasn’t the right wife for him, she felt so sick of having to see Mr. Darsy the next day, that she decided not to attend her cousins to the dinner. The next day Mr. Darcy came to where she was staying and she was staggered, but what he did next was astounding, he told her he loved her and then proposed. The idea of a woman who hates the man, that loves her is so brilliant and funny. In this scene that story becomes clear for me and that is why this scene is my favourite. 6. Jane and Mr. Bingley get married, Lydia and Mr. Wickham are poor, but Lizzy gives them an amount of money each year. Kitty spent most of her time at her two oldest sisters houses, Mrs Bennet lives with her daughter Mary and Mr. Bennet, who misses his second daughter, Lizzy, extremely. Then you have Miss Bingley who dislikes the marriage of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth, but still visits and Lady Catherine who really has a big problem with their marriage. Last but certainly not least you have Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy get married and live in Pemberley, the house of Mr. Darcy, with Georgiana Darcy, the sister of Mr. Darcy. Georgiana and Elizabeth get along really well. The Gardiners where the reason of their marriage and they truly loved them both and they all lived happily ever
