Identifying conflict in people's lives is necessary and, overcoming it can be hard, but once people achieve it, peace and comfort will be available. There are many different areas of conflict that people can encounter during the course of an average day. For example, In The Diary of Anne Frank, Anne Frank stated that in the heat, she has to walk everywhere because the Jews were restricted from driving streetcars. An example is "we Jews are no longer allowed to make use of this luxury, our own two feet are good enough for us." Additionally, people also experience conflict and from time to time, usually, solving it with violence, yelling, and physical contact. Once men and woman identify their conflict, which is the easy part, people need to challenge them and find a way to defeat it. One way to respond to conflict is by talking instead of fighting. Furthermore, to identify a dispute, first determine whether it is an individual, intergroup, or an organization debate. The solution process is to first overcome fear, which is usually an exhausting and strenuous task to do. Parliament did not know what to do when it found itself at war with Germany, after the Nazi invasion of Holland.
