My staff is a representation of my company. I need to employ qualified individuals with PR experience. It was very unworthy to hire Chris and give him a title in my firm that did not represent his credentials. He displayed premature, unethical decisions. I must ensure going forward that each of my employees are not only qualified but also are aware of their obligation to uphold the PRSA Code of Ethics. I will also ensure that I and all of my employees are members of PRSA and receive training and updates about emerging trends in the profession. It is also my obligation that I represent them with high esteem. It wasn’t until after the Grand Opening that I visited Mr. Green’s farm.
