In conclusion Peeta is a very nice and caring person and he often does actions that make him look like a hero. Peeta shows many examples of being a hero as in giving Katniss the bread at the beginning of the story. He also defends himself and makes sure no one strikes him down to the ground. Peeta is also very agile he will know if something bad is happening and will spring to action immediately. That’s why Peeta would be described as the hero in disguise. This archetype is chosen because Peeta shows multiple characteristics of a normal hero but he doesn’t show it as much as a person like Katniss who is an obvious main hero of the story. Peeta and Katniss in the end both survive in the end because of their strong heroic traits. In the book
